Our pharmacists are well trained and ensure safe, effective and cost-conscious medication use. They have in-depth knowledge of the various medications, pain management, and drug interactions.
The pharmacists also educate the patients and their care givers on the mode and time required to complete drug administration, treatment benefits and possible drug-induced adverse effects. They help coordinate the complete medication plan, from inpatient chemotherapy infusions to the medications that need to be taken at home. The pharmacists also manage drug inventory and review medications with each patient.
