Mangalore Institute of Oncology participated in the one day Arogya Utsav – MEDIVISION -2017 organized by St Ignatius Hospital at Honavar, Uttara Kannada District of Karnataka.
MIO’s stall was focused on socially relevant aspects like cancer symptoms, detection and treatment. Additionally Dr Suresh Rao the director of MIO also delivered a talk on the subject to the audience. MIO’s endeavors in cancer awareness and education were well attended and appreciated by a large number of the citizens of Uttara Kannada. The management of Mangalore Institute of Oncology are grateful to the organizers and the people for their appreciation.
